How many videos do I get a month?
Every plan card says it in videos: how many eight-second clips with sound, or how many shorter clips, its credits make in a month — and you can mix them. Higher quality, 4K and longer clips use more of the allowance, so they make fewer. What each one costs is on screen before you generate.
Do I need to know how to edit, or how to write prompts?
No. Describe what you want to see in plain words, the way you’d tell a friend. There’s no timeline and no layers: the clip comes back finished, in the format of the platform you publish on, and the studio suggests prompts for your niche when you don’t know where to start.
What formats and lengths can I generate?
Vertical 9:16 for TikTok, Reels and Shorts, and 16:9 for YouTube. Clips run from 3 to 8 seconds depending on the quality — only the lengths each model actually accepts, so nothing you pick can come back as a provider error.
What happens if a generation fails?
Every credit comes back, automatically and immediately — no ticket and no waiting. The same applies when the content filter blocks a prompt.
Do my credits expire?
Subscription credits roll over for three months, up to twice your monthly allowance. Credits you buy in a pack never expire.
Do I own what I generate?
Yes. On every paid plan you can use it commercially; the free plan is for trying the product and carries a watermark. One honest caveat: AI-generated content may not always be eligible for copyright protection. That is the law, not our terms.
Is there a watermark?
Only on the free tier. Every paid plan renders without one.
Can I cancel?
In two clicks, from a visible button, with no retention offer. Your plan stays active until the period you paid for ends. Within the first 14 days, if you used less than 25% of your credits, you get a full refund.
What is a credit?
A fixed amount of generation. You never see a bare number: every balance comes with what it makes in clips and images, and what you’re about to generate is priced on screen before you press the button.
Why so few models?
Because each one is wired to its provider’s published input schema, field by field, with a test that breaks if they drift — so the length or size you pick can’t come back as an error after you’ve queued it. We add a model when it does something the others can’t, not to make a list longer.
