Acceptable use
What you may not generate with Lunita.media. It applies to every plan, the free one included, and to prompts, reference images and clips alike.
Sexual content
No pornographic, explicit or sexually suggestive content, no nudity, and nothing that sexualises a minor or anyone who looks like one. That includes "artistic" framings of the same thing.
Real people
No deepfakes, face swaps or face manipulation. Do not depict an identifiable real person or public figure doing or saying anything, and do not upload a photo or clip of someone without their consent to generate from it.
Harm
No hate symbols or content that attacks people for who they are, no graphic or glorified violence, no self-harm, no instructions for weapons or crimes, and nothing made to harass, threaten or deceive — fake news footage and fraud included.
Other people's rights
Do not generate or upload material that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy, and do not pass off a generated video as real footage of a real event.
How it is enforced
Every prompt is screened before anything is charged, by our own filter and by our payment processor's, and the output is checked after. A refused prompt costs nothing. Repeated attempts end the account.
