The rules, in plain words
- A failed or blocked generation refunds every credit, automatically.
- Unused subscription credits roll over for three months, up to twice your monthly allowance.
- Purchased credits never expire.
- Cancel in two clicks. Your plan stays active until the period ends.
- Full refund within 14 days if you used less than 25% of your credits.

Which plan should I pick?
Start from how many videos you publish a week. The cards show what each plan’s credits make at the everyday quality; if you need 1080p, 4K or the higher-quality models, check which plan opens them on the card and in the table above.
How does paying yearly work?
Paying yearly is two months free. The credits still arrive every month, on the anniversary of your subscription, and roll over like the monthly ones.
Plan or top-up pack?
A plan is cheaper per credit. A pack is for the week you need more: it costs a little more per credit than any plan and never expires.
What happens to credits I don’t use?
Subscription credits roll over for three months, up to twice your monthly allowance. When you generate, the credits closest to expiring are spent first. Pack credits never expire.
Which currency, and what about tax?
Prices are in US dollars. Creem processes the payment as merchant of record and handles any sales tax or VAT your country requires; you see the total at checkout before you pay.
