A generation that fails costs you nothing
If a generation fails, times out, or is refused by the content filter, every credit it reserved goes back to your balance automatically. There is no ticket to open and nothing to ask for. Each refund is a line in your credit history.
Cancelling a running generation
50% of the credits come back. The rest is charged, because the provider has already started producing the video and is already billing us for it.
Output you cannot use
Every finished generation has a "not usable" button for 24 hours. It returns 50% of the credits, up to 15 times a calendar month. We ask for a reason, and the reasons are what we use to decide which models to keep.
Your subscription
Cancel any time, in two clicks. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. If you used less than a quarter of your credits, write to us within 14 days of the charge and we refund it in full. Credits bought as a pack never expire.
